Wedding Bus Rental

We’re so excited to be working with you for your wedding!

We know you want the best for your big day, and we’ve got everything you need to make it happen. Our wedding buses are going to make sure that every single person at your ceremony and reception is there on time, relaxed, and ready to party. We’re so glad we could be a part of this special event in your life!

When you’re planning your wedding, transportation is one of the most important part of the day. You want to be able to get around without worrying about parking, but you also want to look amazing and feel in control. And when it comes to weddings, there’s nothing more beautiful than a bus!

We offer wedding bus rentals in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Whether you’re looking for something classic and elegant or fun and quirky, we have what you need to make your special day a success—and that includes everything from vintage buses to luxury vehicles.

Our team will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your rental is perfect for your wedding day. We’ll help you choose the right type of vehicle based on how many people will be riding with you, what kind of experience your guests will have on board (and off), and how much time is available for planning prior to the big event itself. We’ll also take care of all the logistics: including making sure that your driver has been properly trained in customer service skills so that everyone feels welcome onboard at all times throughout their ride(s).

More About Wedding Bus Rental

Getting all of the wedding guests to and from a wedding takes organization. Guests need to know where and when to get picked up and dropped off, who is driving them, and whether there will be room for their belongings, including flowers, gifts or alcohol they’ve bought at the reception. Bus rental services can be a great way to transport large groups of people to the ceremony and reception, as well as between multiple locations throughout your wedding day. Buses can come in a variety of sizes and styles

Planning for the Wedding Trnasportation

Planning the transportation for your guests is a daunting task, but one that you must handle with care. No one wants to be left stranded at a wedding or be embarrassed by having to ask for a ride home. To help make sure this doesn’t happen, here are some tips:

  • Organize transportation before the day of the wedding.
  • Make sure your guest list includes everyone who will need transportation, including children and elderly guests.
  • Ask each of your guests if they are able to drive themselves so that you don’t double book drivers.
  • If someone needs assistance getting to the ceremony and reception, consider renting a limo service or hiring an Uber/Lyft driver for that purpose only (don’t hire them as regular drivers). This ensures that those people have a safe ride from Point A to Point B without having any other stops throughout the day.* If someone needs assistance getting home after the wedding has ended (or even just needs a lift), consider renting another limo service or hiring another Uber/Lyft driver for this purpose only (don’t hire them as regular drivers).

Guests need to know where and when to get picked up and dropped off, who is driving them, and whether there will be room for their belongings, including flowers, gifts or alcohol they’ve bought at the reception. Having a wedding transport coordinator will help you manage all your guests’ transportation needs. Your coordinator can provide you with the names and contact information for local drivers and their vehicles, which typically include SUVs, vans or limos.

You should also make sure to give them directions on how many people will be traveling in each vehicle, as well as any special instructions about luggage or other items that need to be transported (for example, if you want to limit alcohol consumption at your event).

Bus rental services can be a great way to transport large groups of people to the ceremony and reception, as well as between multiple locations throughout your wedding day. If you’re looking for ways to save money on your wedding transportation costs, however, consider hiring a bus instead of renting a limousine. While there are plenty of options out there in terms of how many seats can fit on one bus (ranging from 20–60+), it’s important to note that this is not like hiring an entire fleet of cars—the bus will only hold those who need transportation and won’t have any privacy unless you hire additional vehicles so guests don’t feel cramped together during their journey!

Large Groups Transfer

Bus rental services are often cheaper than hiring a limousine service because they allow us flexibility in choosing what type of vehicle we’d like (from mini vans all the way up through luxury coaches) and how many people should go along with us on each trip. In fact, our average cost per seat is much less than most other options available online right now: less than $2/per person! That’s why if cost-effectiveness matters most when planning out an event such as yours then look no further than our site today…

Your wedding transport should be a comfortable and stylish experience for you, your bridal party and your guests. Buses can come in a variety of sizes and styles, some of them matching the black cars that you may have hired for the bridal party. You can choose to match all your vehicles or go for something completely different – it’s up to you!

Types of Wedding Bus

Depending on how many people you want to transport, we offer several options:

  • Shuttle Bus (for up to 50 people) – this is a great choice if space is at a premium but you still want something stylish and comfortable.
  • Mini Coach (for up to 80 people) – if you need more room than our shuttle bus offers but are still looking for something stylish, then this is an excellent solution! It comes equipped with Wi-Fi so everyone can stay connected while on board.
  • Hiace Van (for up to 35 passengers) – perfect if there are special needs among your guests (elderly or disabled), or if your wedding guest list exceeds 80 passengers but they do not mind being squeezed into small spaces together 🙂

Booking a Wedding Bus

Be sure to book your bus far enough in advance so that you’ll have time to plan which bus you want and when you want them to arrive.

  • Book at least a month in advance.
  • Be sure to book the bus that matches your wedding style and theme, as well as the number of passengers you will have. If it’s a destination wedding, you may want to consider a shuttle bus service that has multiple vehicles so that all guests can travel together in one vehicle (with luggage) or two separate vehicles (for those who prefer individual transportation).
  • Make sure they can accommodate any luggage or gifts you’re bringing along—you don’t want your carriage pulled by horses!

If you have a smaller group ˆ such as the bridal party, close family members or people with mobility issues ˆ organising car hire for transportation may be more appropriate. If your wedding is on a country property, it’s likely that guests will need to park their cars offsite and be transported to their destination. This is where we come in!

If there are a lot of people who will require transport from the ceremony location to reception venue and back again (especially if they’re seniors), then hiring a bus can be an easy solution.

If the bride and groom are arriving at the ceremony in one car, then another car could be hired solely for transporting other members of their immediate family. This usually consists of both sets of parents, and can also include any siblings or grandparents who want to ride together. It is not uncommon for some guests to join them.

When hiring transportation for your wedding guests, remember that you will often be responsible for paying their travel costs as well as their accommodations at your destination (either directly or indirectly).

Conclusion

If you want to make sure that your guests have everything they need for their day, then hiring a minibus or coach can be the perfect solution. You’ll know exactly how many people will be travelling together, which means there won’t be any last-minute surprises
